The project embraces an industrial language, with exposed structure, ductwork, and mechanical systems shaping the character of the interiors.
New glazed volumes and structural interventions connect the existing buildings while creating a strong contrast between the historic masonry fabric and the new architecture.
On the adjacent lot, a separate landscaped pocket park introduces a green urban space alongside the development.
